Walkable distance from Vibgyor School in IC Colony. 2 acres land. Located in a calm and peaceful locality.
4. 92 Bellevue (Nahar & Rajesh Lifespaces, Nearing Possession)
USP : Location is a plus point close to Borivali Railway Station, Prabhodhankar Thackrey Hall, Banks, ATM's, Prem Nagar Garden, Gokul Hotel (Most of the outstation buses pick up point and their starting point). (Aditya Developers has a track record of successfully completing redevelopment projects in Borivali and its a trusted name. Still has good no. of under construction redevelopment projects under its name. Aditya Mitrakul close to Bhattad Road and Sai Baba Nagar. These are mostly Gujarati Community Areas.
Geopreneur Group projects location is on Bhattad Road close to Granville Hotel and Railway Station. Only location is their USP. They are 5 years old in the industry. Gujarati Dominated areas. Close to Kora Kendra Grounds where most of the weddings take place.
Triveni is similar to Aditya Developers but generally delays their projects but in the end hands over the keys. They have 2 projects in Borivali East at good locations but still under development and one in shimpoli.
DHL Kesley is again a location play because of its proximity to Kora Kendra and Sai Baba Nagar. Its right between them.
Audumbar Chhaya CHS is a redevelopment project which is done by KVC Group with a track record.
