Alliance City was started in 2010. Our aspiration is to provide quality housing that seamlessly blends into its resident’s lives. We started with slowly acquiring land for self consumption and in the process began taking strategic projects to provide living standards par excellence. Our belief is to plan every project to maximise its impact on the resident’s lives and every house to provide optimal space utilization. Our team has been carefully chosen keeping in mind the constantly changing Development Control Rules of the city. We are also working on acquiring IGBC certification for our projects.
