Dear property buyer - be ready to pounce on the most attractive deals that should come your way in the next six months. Negotiate hard and bargain big time. This is your time after a long long time.

The summer has been scorching and so has the merciless addition of the unsold inventory list in the developers' books. If you look at the property market today, it is in a state of confusion and shock.

The real sellers have woken up and they are ready to "talk". If you are a real buyer, join the conversation with a real intent to buy and get the deal that you have been waiting for.

The bottom line is there is money to be saved for you as well as the developers in the real sense today. The more time you wait the higher chances that the market might bounce back. The more time the developer waits, he is definitely losing interest, paying taxes, wasting advertising money and also losing sleep. In the developers’ case even if the market rebounds, there will a pile of new inventory entering into the market vying for the same buyers that he has been trying to woo.

Phew !!!!!

They are trying all things possible so that they can start a chat again with potential buyers. The prudent thing would be to come out of hiding and hit the iron while it is hot (pun intended). Buying now can be a real bonus as there is a lot of choice available and therefore the scope of cherry picking and that too at the right price is possible now.
